All order may be canceled by Aprile Takeaway at any time and for any reason prior to delivery. Aprile Takeaway is not responsible for mistaken orders or orders, which are not received due to a system failure. Aprile Takeaway provides the service of online ordering to there customers in good faith. Aprile Takeaway does not guarantee any of the services it offers. In the event of a system failure or malfunction we will do its best to rectify the problem but can not guarantee that all orders will be filled. Please use this online ordering system with good security in mind. Do not use it on public computers or insecure systems. In the event of a security breach Aprile Takeaway will not be held responsible for any customer liabilities.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel an order by telephoning the relevant Store up until either:
a. in the case of any advance order (which is/are order(s) placed more than one day before a requested delivery date), up to one day before the order is due to be delivered; or
b. in the case of same day orders and deliveries, within a reasonable time prior to any food being used to start preparing your order.
If you wish to cancel an order after food has been used to start preparing it, you may, at the Store Manager's sole discretion, be charged the full price of the order and no refund will be due to you.
In the unfortunate circumstance that the Store needs to cancel your order after it has been accepted, the Store will notify you. We reserve the right to cancel any order, before or after acceptance, and will notify you immediately of any such cancellation.
You will not be charged for any orders we cancel. Any payment made prior to an order being cancelled by us will typically be reimbursed using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Notes on Delivery
If an order is placed outside of opening/delivery hours then the order must specify a delivery time. The delivery time specified must be within the stated delivery hours. If the delivery time is not stated or is outside the delivery time the order will be automatically canceled and will not be delivered. Please take a moment to check the delivery hours and place your order correctly. Aprile Takeaway is not responsible for orders that are not placed correctly. If you have any questions please ring us at the stated phone numbers on our website. Aprile Takeaway does not and will not guarantee delivery time. Aprile Takeaway will try to deliver at a specified time but due to mitigating factors cannot guarantee this service.
